2002 O' Day Trophy

REGATTA HIGHLIGHTS: The O' Day Trophy was sailed under partly sunny skies with decent wind conditions. The day started with North North East winds and shifted around to the North West. While the winds were very shifty, the race committee still managed to do a great job in keeping the course true. Winds were shifty and puffy with wind velocities ranging 5 to 15. Only two protests were heard resulting in one DSQ out of the 20 races run. Many thanks to the Coast Guard Academy for hosting the event and the numerous volunteers that helped not only on but off the water.
